Please be sure to provide BOTH the address where you receive your US Postal mail – PO Box if applicable AND your physical address for UPS/FedEx deliveries. All prices are in addition to shipping charges. Most orders ship same day on business days, except for clothing which requires two weeks lead time as it is made to order. Special order (location) postcards may take up to 3 weeks. All orders will be shipped at the lowest insurable/track-able rate unless you specify otherwise in the order note. Supplying both your physical and postal address ensures that we can save you money by choosing the most appropriate carrier, typically USPS Media Mail for book orders and UPS/FedEx for mixed or non-book orders). We can use your UPS or FedEx account, just be sure to supply your account # and zip in the notes field. Please note any critical shipping information such as no Saturday delivery.
NET 60 – please pay within 60 days. We prefer checks but also accept Paypal and credit/debit card. Details and a PayPal link will be on your invoice. Late payments will be charged $15 plus interest at a rate of 1.5% per month past due. $30 will be added to checks for insufficient funds.
Items reported damaged in shipping within a week of delivery can be exchanged at no expense (read on for special not regarding USA printed books). Items with defects can be exchanged at no expense at any time, except for USA printed books. To exchange defective or damaged USA printed books email us photos and descriptions of the defects as well as a record of the number below the barcode on the last page (not the cover) of the damaged book(s). Each US printed book will have a unique barcode # and we will need one barcode # for each defective or damaged book in order to get a replacement from our printer. Custom orders cannot be returned unless they are defective. Your shipment will be insured, please alert us to any shipping loss or damaged items so that we might file a claim with the carrier. Let us know if you need a replacement shipped.
